Lead and manage a team to achieve the required quality, delivery schedule and budget. Proactive in identification of problem arrears and be able to effectively resolve issues. Managing and supervising the sub-contractors as well as directing workers in all activities. Site work surveillance and progress reporting. Prepared weekly and monthly site work progress report. Attending site work co-ordination meeting with the contractors and consultant. To control and check the building materials specification, design in order to meet up with client's requirement. Check all the surveying work.

Quality system enables effective operation and provides evidence of compliance to ARCHITOUCH.

This Quality Plan identifies the elements incorporated in the CONTRACTOR Quality system to enable it to operate effectively and provide evidence of compliance to the COMPANY requirements and comply with contractual/legal requirements. The Quality Plan identifies the responsibilities of personnel charged with specific tasks along with the organization structure that identify the structure of the project team and the reporting route of each individual. The Plan is aimed at achieving COMPANY satisfaction by consistently providing conformance to the technical and quality requirements of all Project Phases and meeting or exceeding COMPANY requirements through application of the system, continuous improvement and the prevention of nonconformities.

ARCHITOUCH CONSULT believes that NO JOB or TASK IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN WORKERS, HEALTH AND SAFETY.

If a job presents a potential safety, health or environmental threat; every effort will be made to plan a safe way to do the job. Every procedure must be a safe procedure. Shortcuts (cutting corners) as safe procedures by workers will not be tolerated. If a worker observes any job, which may pose a potential threat to their health or safety, he or she must inform Management who shall in turn take adequate precautions/control and recovery measures if control fails.

The company gives priority attention to health and safety of everyone directly or indirectly affected by its activities and due regard to the environment. Therefore, we shall plan and conduct our activities in such a way as to:
- Avoid injuries through proper job planning, effective controls of occupational health hazards and prompt medical attention.
- Minimize the impact of our activities on the environment.

In order to achieve these objectives, every employee must plan and execute his job in accordance with this policy. No job should start unless all precautions have been taken. All jobs started must be suspended when it is believed that is not safe to work. Management must strive to provide environment at all times. Resources shall be made available for training of staff. Health, Safety and Environment all be managed in the way as production and cost control. HSE performance and contribution shall be used as a tool effectiveness and performance of every m standard shall also apply to our contractors and sub-contractors.
